Constructed in SS304/316 with food-grade seals and sanitary welds, our LPG cylinder degreasing machines effectively remove oils, greases, rust, and other contaminants from cylinder surfaces. The system features multi-zone chambers (pre-wash, detergent wash, rinse, and optional hot-rinse/sanitize) to ensure thorough cleaning and degreasing at temperatures of 82–85°C, using high-impact spray patterns and adjustable conveyor speeds for consistent results.

Key features include CIP-ready tanks with filtration, auto-dosing for detergent and chemicals, inline temperature control, easy-access maintenance doors, and hygienic sloped surfaces for complete drainage. The system is equipped with PLC/SCADA automation, offering recipe management to accommodate different cylinder sizes and models. Optional air-knife blow-off eliminates residual moisture, ensuring faster turnaround for further processing and enhancing overall productivity while complying with safety and cleanliness standards for LPG cylinder handling.
